Day 6: When the Dead Move
When the Dead Move: Modeling Night Lord Migration Patterns
Night Lords don’t wander. They migrate. To EPF, undead movement looks less like “random attacks” and more like weather systems: pressure fronts of necrotic energy, predictable if you know what you’re looking at.
The Foundation built an ugly kind of science out of it—one part battlefield observation, one part Drăculești hunter lore, one part Gabriel’s holy resonance work.
Undead as a Moving System
Every Night Lord operation produces:
- Necrotic pressure zones – places where the air feels “thick” to sensitives.
- Feeding corridors – routes that maximize fear and minimize resistance.
- Threshold pockets – areas that can flip from quiet to catastrophic in minutes.
Olyana’s Drăculești background gave EPF the language. Gabriel’s Nephilim resonance gave them the measurements. Mac’s team provided the ugly part: field confirmation.
Reading the Migration Map
Below is a simplified undead migration map—urban core in the center, feeding vectors pushing inward. It’s not art. It’s a forecast.
